  • Apple cider vinegar
  • Cotton balls
  • Water

  1. For external hemorrhoids, you need to soak a cotton ball in apple cider vinegar and apply it directly to the area. It will sting initially, but as time will lapse, the itching and pain will decrease.
  2. For internal hemorrhoids, mix one tablespoon of apple cider vinegar with 1 cup of water and gulp it down. It will give you relief from bleeding and pain.

  • A shallow bath of a device that can fit over the toilet seat

  • Horse chestnut in pure or capsule form
